Robert William Walker, Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. Robert William Walker, Jr. of Monroe, LA will be 2:00pm Monday, May 21, 2018 at Griffin Funeral Home in Monroe. Interment will follow at Bonne Idee Cemetery in Mer Rouge, LA. Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service Monday, May 21, 2018 at the funeral home.
Mr. Walker was born December 2, 1957 in Newellton, LA and passed from this life on May 18, 2018 in Monroe, La at the age of 60.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Tendal; his parents, Robert and Hattie Walker; and one sister, Linda Sue Walker.
Those left to cherish his memory include five sisters, Elizabeth Purvis of Monroe, Vera McCormick (Ernie) of Calhoun, Bonnie Watson (Robert) of Monroe, Audrey Fite (Charles) of Eros, and Hattie Walker of West Monroe; one brother, William Walker (Ruth) of Tennessee; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
