Graveside services for Mrs. Nila Virginia Ebey of West Monroe, LA will be 11:00am Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Good Hope Cemetery in Kelly, LA under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mrs. Ebey was born November 16, 1938 in Fort Necessity, LA and passed from this life on September 17, 2017 in Monroe, LA at the age of 78.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Flinn Edward Ebey, Jr.; her son, Curtis Bryan Ebey and granddaughter, Jennifer Nichole Elliott.
Survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Cupp of West Monroe; one son, Marlon Ebey and wife Betty of Fouke, AR; two sisters, Vermell Cox of Grayson and Betty Garlington of Effie; four grandchildren, James Nelson Elliott, Jr., Kevin Michael Cupp, Laura Elizabeth Ebey and Sarah Ann Ebey; two great-grandchildren, Caelum Elliott and Kennedy Nichole Elliott; special recognition to Linda Callaway of Point Wilhite; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
