Hullen Guilliams
Memorial services for Mr. Hullen Guilliams of Monroe, LA will be 10:00am Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Jackson Street Church of Christ in Monroe, LA with Rev. Don Delukie officiating. A graveside memorial service will be 12:00noon Friday, August 11, 2017 at Crossroads United Methodist Cemetery in Marshall, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mr. Guilliams was born April 8, 1932 in Beckville, TX and passed from this life on August 7, 2017 in Monroe, LA at the age of 85. He served his country in the United States Army, was a member of Jackson Street Church of Christ and was a retired salesman. He enjoyed poetry and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jay Hank Guilliams and Jennie Mae Baker Guilliams; two sisters, Ruby Liston and Laverne Hill; and one brother, Jay Guilliams.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Mary Helen Guilliams; three sons, Glenn Guilliams and wife Tina, Bobby Guilliams and wife Susan, and Doug Guilliams; one daughter, Teresa Kelly and husband, Brant; two sisters, Lanell Spruell and Maurine Hopkins; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
