Memorial services for Mrs. Linda Charlene Woodard of Simsboro, LA will be 12:00noon Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Pine Grove United Methodist Church in Minden, LA with Bro. Jerry Brennen officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe.
Mrs. Woodard was born June 19, 1947 in San Antonio, TX and passed from this life on February 19, 2017 in Simsboro, LA at the age of 69.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Ray Woodard; her second husband, O.C. Payne; her father, Leon Bowman; her mother, Alma Smith; one son, Charlie Woodard, II; and one brother, Eddie Bowman.
Survivors include two daughters, Dena Rene Dalby and Carol Woodard; her sister, Susan Stanley and husband Larry; her “partner in crime” Liz McCrery; also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
